Print Out Fond du Lac City Dart Tournament Team Registration Forms here by clicking on the link to the form below and then printing it out. Turn in completed forms with your Team Sponsor Fee to the Press Box before March 12th, 2012! If you prefer, give us a call at (920) 929-9735 to make arrangements for us to pick it up. You can also register online below but you will not be entered into the tournament until your Team Sponsor Fee has been received, NO EXCEPTIONS! All online registrants will be called to confirm their entry so if you register online and don’t receive a call within 48 hours of registration, please contact us immediately. For the Team Event, players must have played at least 3 weeks in any FDL Dart league and have an established average or have shot in any JBM Amusements league in order to be eligible! Doors open Saturday at 10:30am, shooting begins at 12:00 noon!
Friday Night will be a Luck of the Draw Tournament with SEPARATE DIVISIONS for Men and Women! $10 Entry Fee, 100% Payback!, Chicago Style, Double Elimination, OPEN TO ANYONE. You do not have to have shot in any Fond du Lac League to come on out and shoot in the Friday Night Luck of the Draw Event. Registration ends at 7:30pm and teams will be immediately drawn thereafter!
Team Event Fee is $80 per team ($70 + $10 non-refundable registration fee)
